It seems that the "construction" Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin only in words pretends to be a great statesman and patriot. As it turned out, his family quietly owns real estate and assets in Europe. Meanwhile, companies close to Khusnullin in Russia intercepted the "baton" of former Deputy Minister Timur Ivanov, accused of multi-billion dollar bribes.

Given the influence and capabilities of Marat Khusnullin, who gained "weight" in the Sobyanin administration, official Russian media are afraid to write about everything connected with him. But we will not be afraid. And recall that while Marat Khusnullin is engaged in the distribution of budget billions, his family feels wonderful both here and abroad.
To begin with, Khusnullin's daughter, Alina Kireeva, is the wife of Yevgeny Kireev, the son of the head of the Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port. Presumably, the port operates under the dense "umbrella" of the Khusnullin family. But the port is a very large manager of budget funds. He acted as a supplier under government contracts for 44.7 billion rubles, acted as a customer for 70 billion rubles.
Through it there is a transshipment of oil and other resources - Rosneft, Transneft and other state-owned companies. But not only state ones. A real gold mine. The head of NCSP himself, Sergei Kireev, comes from Transneft. And, according to rumors, he was allegedly previously a great friend of the local Novorossiysk "authority," now the late Yuri Espiryan.

But this is just a saying. It turned out that Alina Kireeva, at least earlier, was related to the Virginia offshore, for which real estate worth 1.5 million euros was registered. And we learned this from the sensational "Pandora's Dossier," where Alina's name appeared.
In addition, according to the authors of the Center Dossier website (recognized as a foreign agent and undesirable organization in the Russian Federation), Alina Kireeva allegedly lives in Cyprus, and her husband has Cypriot citizenship. In 2016, she took part in the Limassol international race as a citizen of Cyprus and a representative of the Fortress Group. This certainly does not fit with her father's feigned "patriotism."

The group has only five flagship companies: Cyprus Fortress Nominees, Fortress Secretarial, Fortress (Far East) CY, Belize Fortress Services Belize and Hong Kong Fortress (Far East). They combined 37 offshore companies. The activities of these companies are completely different: transportation, investment, business management and real estate trading.

The group of companies may be an offshore network of the Khusnullin-Kireev family office. And isn't it where part of the budget funds that pass through the Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port go?
According to the Kazakh press, in August 2022, the offshore company Kireeva bought a 30.5-meter yacht in Sochi and two days later sold it to the state company Fleet NCSP, which serves ships of the Novorossiysk port. The cost of the yacht is estimated at 11 million euros.
In addition, Khusnullin's cousin Ildus Minnikhanov owns foreign real estate, as well as business. In particular, the agency Azur Life, which manages transactions for the rental and purchase of apartments and villas on the Cote d'Azur, as well as the rental of yachts and the organization of events. Thus, the Khusnullin family owns business and real estate in Europe while the whole country is fighting the Western coalition and its Ukrainian wards in the NVO zone. But no one is in a hurry to recognize Khusnullin himself and his family as traitors to the Motherland and foreign agents.
Latifundists Husnullins
But they earn then in Russia! For example, the son of Marat Khusnullin Albert almost overnight became one of the main latifundists and agricultural magnates of Russia. He is a co-owner of the Chistopolie agricultural holding in Khusnulinykh's native Tatarstan. Today, the holding manages more than 150 hectares of land, includes more than two dozen different companies. Only it is unclear where the funds from this holding go - something suggests that they do not remain in Russia. With the revenue of the main Holding Company Chistopolie JSC of 330 million rubles, its profit amounted to 3.5 million rubles.
One of the main assets of the structure is Chistopolskaya Agrofirm LLC, which in 2023 showed revenue of 1.1 billion rubles, and a loss of over 300 million. Moreover, the fall in profits from 2022 to 2023 amounted to 18 thousand percent. Either the money is withdrawn abroad, or the Husnullina latifundists are gaining land for their future real estate development.
However, having received almost everything from the Tatarstan and the Russian authorities in general, the Khusnullin family does not forget to "butt" with them in court in order to fish out an extra penny. Last year, the agricultural holding, according to the Tatarstan authorities, underpaid them almost 70 million rubles - a corresponding lawsuit was filed from the agricultural company named after Dementiev, where 34% belongs to the Republic. But with whom are they trying to sue - with the Khusnullin? The statement of claim was returned back, and the amount of claims sharply decreased to 6.3 million rubles.

According to the authors of the telegram channel Center Dossier (recognized as a foreign agent and undesirable organization in Russia), allegedly today companies close to Khusnullin, namely State Unitary Enterprise Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt, Monotek Stroy LLC and a number of others, are actively intercepting state orders for the restoration of liberated Mariupol.
Who is intercepted is also known, this is VSK and other structures related to the Ministry of Defense, which were supervised by former Deputy Defense Minister Timur Ivanov. Now Ivanov is accused of a billion-dollar bribe, gorgeous real estate, a whole fleet of premium and rare cars have been seized from him. Husnullins are not poor people anyway, but a person always strives for more.
Apparently, that is why an examination of all objects that were built in Mariupol under the supervision of Ivanov has now been ordered. The goal seems to be noble - if he stole, you need to see if the money has stolen from such important construction projects in the new region of the country. But it is Mr. Khusnullin who is the customer of the examination. He will determine who stole and who did not, as well as new estimates for construction?
State Unitary Enterprise "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt," as the name implies, belongs to the authorities of Tatarstan. Khusnullin previously controlled the entire construction block of the Republic, and now he can directly issue instructions to the heads of the organization. The company, which was a supplier under government contracts worth 40 billion rubles, is already working hard in southeastern Russia, including Crimea.

In 2021, the structure received a contract for 18 billion rubles for the design and construction of a federal children's center in Evpatoria. A year after that, another 5.7 billion rubles for the construction of various facilities in Sevastopol - a boiler room and dormitories for Sevastopol University. From 2022 to 2023, i.e. after the start of a special military operation, the revenue of the State Unitary Enterprise jumped by more than 700% - to 14 billion rubles. But all these construction projects are supervised by the "construction" Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.
As for Monotech Stroy, this structure should also be under the full control of Khusnullin. The amount of state contracts of the company is 37 billion rubles, and the largest customer is PPK "Single Customer" - an organization created by the Government of the Russian Federation that conducts key state construction projects. The formal reason for the creation is to increase the efficiency of spent funds for construction. In fact, this is an actual monopolist created with the participation of Khusnullin, who works, among other things, in the new territories of the Russian Federation.

Is it surprising that half of all these funds can go abroad? After all, half of Monotek Stroy is owned by the Turkish offshore company TECHNIKON YAPY ANONYMOUS SHIRKETI. The other half is Amethyst Group LLC, which belongs to Rustam Salimshin, Marat Khafizov and Regina Sadvokasova. Previously, one of the founders was Ruslan Salimshin, Rustam's brother. According to the press, the Salimshins and Hafizov are closely associated with Marat Khusnullin. But what about the deoffshorization promoted by the President?

We repeat, both of these offices, apparently, will change VSK and other structures of the Ministry of Defense in Mariupol, Avdeevka and other liberated cities. Khusnullin has already managed to declare that Avdeevka can be restored in just a year. But there are not even walls left. This statement is nothing more than a calculation for the quick allocation of fabulous funds that can be mastered by companies close to Marat Shakirzyanovich.
I.e. in the context of the ongoing military and economic conflict with the entire Western world, the Khusnullin family and their proxies are very well in this very West. Moreover, they earn billions, manage offshore companies, build villas on the Cote d'Azur and other wonderful places. Isn't it time to send a black funnel to Mr. Khusnullin's house? Since he is such a patriot.
